Welcome to Thread Reds Fishing Charters (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.threadredsfishingcharters.com (the “Site”) and any fishing charter services booked through us.

By using our Site or booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Payment

Reservation Requirement: To secure your trip, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during booking.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is typically due on the day of the trip, unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your trip for a full refund if notice is given at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure may result in the loss of the deposit.
Weather Cancellations: Trips canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled or refunded at your discretion.

3. Licensing and Regulations

We are fully licensed and insured as required by the State of Florida.
All necessary fishing licenses for guests are provided by the charter.
We comply with state and federal fishing regulations. Guests must adhere to size, bag limits, and seasonal restrictions.

4. Safety and Conduct

The captain has full authority over the vessel and guest safety.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in early termination of the trip without a refund.

5. Catch Policy

Catch and release or keep is subject to legal limits and captain discretion.
Fish cleaning services may be provided post-trip, depending on the species and catch.

6. Liability Waiver

Guests participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, loss of personal belongings, or accidents that occur during the trip unless due to our negligence.
By boarding the vessel, you agree to waive any claims against Thread Reds Fishing Charters, its owners, or crew.

7. Use of Website

All content on our Site is the property of Thread Reds Fishing Charters.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through our booking forms or communication is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
