1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping:

  • Service: USPS First Class or UPS Ground

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Expedited Shipping:

  • Service: USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivery Time: 2 business days after shipment

• Flat-Rate Fee: A flat rate of $6.95 applies to all standard domestic orders under 5 lbs.

• Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, pre-tax).

3. International Shipping

• Service: USPS International Priority or USPS First Class International (depending on weight)

• Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

• Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

4. Shipping Rates & Calculations

• Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

• You will see a detailed breakdown of shipping charges before you finalize your purchase.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. A shipment confirmation email

  2. A tracking number and carrier name

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

6. Address Changes & Corrections

• Please enter your shipping address accurately at checkout.

• If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us within 2 hours of ordering; we will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If unresolved, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll assist with a claim.

• Damaged: If items arrive damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.

• In such cases, we will communicate updates as they become available.
